I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The lobby and common areas were beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and tasteful artwork. It truly made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious hotel. Additionally, the hotel was very accessible for senior people like myself. The hallways and elevators were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid. I appreciate the thoughtful design that catered to the needs of older guests.

One thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive staff. Although the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated more assistance and support throughout my stay.

We really enjoyed the time spent here. We had a fairly nice stay in Playa de las Americas adjacent to the beach, safari shopping centre and Veronica's strip and the centre. There was a lovely bathroom with a bathtub. The location was indeed unbeatable, in the middle of the city.
